Good point Konrad! In my opinion, it can happen both ways and changing one side of the equation always influences the other… Therefore, you can work on whatever area you choose — healthy detachment from work, emotional balance or understanding your psychological mechanisms. From my experience, no matter what you choose, it influences the overall quality of life.
