Hi — interesting observation! Yes, when comes to self-love/acceptance I seem to lose the distinction between the two. And now that you pointed it out and I gave it a bit of thought, I think that they are essentially the same thing for me — in this particular topic.

Because if I accept myself as I am, it means that there is no negativity around my self image. And when there is no ‘negativity’, the whole space is taken by ‘positive’ feelings about myself. And this, for me, is self-love.
