Hi Kimberly, thanks for your comment. I wouldn't say self-improvement is the enemy. But, the way I was doing it for the past three years wasn't healthy for me.

I don't know how to explain it better than I did with this article. I just have a feeling that many people would benefit more from accepting and understanding themselves in the first place, before trying to improve external aspects of their lives (such as their productivity, their body, even their skills).

I'm certainly one of those people at this point in my life. So, this is what I mean by "I'm sick and tired of self improvement": right now, I need something else.
